MDP 2022-19 Time Extension

The applicant is requesting a one-year time extension on a previously approved project for the construction of two professional offices – one 9,700 square feet and one 6,500 square feet – on a 1.8-acre property located at 2951 Sun Valley Court (Stanislaus County APN 087-028-011). No changes from the original approval, site plans, and elevations are proposed. On-site improvements include paving, landscaping, fencing, and parking areas with lighting. Access to the office buildings would be provided by a 32-foot wide driveway access easement from Sun Valley Court. Proposed typical hours of operation are weekdays from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
