MDP 2022-19 Time Extension

The applicant is requesting a one-year time extension on a previously approved project for the construction of two professional offices – one 9,700 square feet and one 6,500 square feet – on a 1.8-acre property located at 2951 Sun Valley Court (Stanislaus County APN 087-028-011). No changes from the original approval, site plans, and elevations are proposed. On-site improvements include paving, landscaping, fencing, and parking areas with lighting.
