Online Water Conservation Course

The following online courses are offered to customers who have been issued penalties for the following violations:

Excessive Water Use Violation

Beginning May 1st, 2017, customers who use more than 40,000 gallons of water in any billing period will be issued an Excessive Water Use Penalty of $25.00. The Excessive Water Use online course may be taken to waive the first incidence of a penalty only.

Water Wasting Violation

City of Turlock customers who have received a second violation with a $50.00 penalty for wasting water, have the option to complete an online water conservation course in order to waive the penalty fees incurred by the violation.

* Please note that only one (1) waiver within 24 billing cycles is allowed per customer. Additionally, the course must be completed within 60 days of the violation.

Online Course

To register for either course, please click the appropriate link below and follow the on screen instructions for registering an account. The information you will need to provide in order to create an account includes, name (same as on the account listed at the address of the violation), address where the violation occurred, and matching City of Turlock utility account number. Users will also create a password that will provide access to the online course at a later time, should they not be able to finish the course in one session.
