Dust Producing Operations Permit

Dust-producing operations permits are required by the Turlock Fire Department pursuant to the California Fire Code

(105.8.d.2) "To operate grain elevator, flour starch mill, feed mill, or plant pulverizing aluminum, coal, cocoa, magnesium, spices or sugar, or other operation producing combustible dusts".
